Zombie users purge

Today we purged about 50,000 users who have registered and never did anything useful on fwisp. That includes registrations with zero comments, votes or submitted links. This should free up a signifficant amount of usernames for everyone to use and register. We have scheduled this purging to automatically execute in the future to keep our database fresh and fast!
